Is tridelt top or middle??

It seems like no one can decide whether or not tridelt is top or middle. And if they are middle tier, what keeps them from being top??

everyone who goes here knows tri delt is a top house. they have great grades and retention and are sought after every recruitment. dg and kappa just like to push them down so they can try to be top

Basically this Greek rank is opportunistic houses pushing down quiet ones that don’t get on here. Take all the rankings with a grain of salt and know who’s constantly on here

they are a top house, since they're legacy heavy they have a brand of exclusivity, but not as intense as XO or KD.
