Should be 3 top, 4 mid, and 3 bottom.
Truth is you could be a nobody in high school school and be in a “top” sorority, or be most popular and be in bottom sorority. It’s all
about connections/instate, grades and resume/activities.

I agree it should be but each row of houses don't all rush on the same level. If you just move the OP's rank to 3 top, 4 mid, 3 bottom, then it isn't as accurate. It would be this
