Theta House Now

The so called top sororities bullied and spread they were the bottom. Made the girls feel they were unimportant and somehow beneath the other that they Took the left overs etc. This caused girls to drop if they got Theta because we all know at Ole Miss image matters more than intelligence.

No one bullied anybody. It isn't the top sororities that caused them to close. Or even the middle sororities. (How does it even make sense that the top sororities would bully the bottom sorority to get rid of a non-threat??)
The reason they were closed is already in your post: Girls dropped. Nationals had to close it for financial reasons related to this.

Petty BS. The so called top houses never grew out of it and still have to play the mean girl. In reality we all know they do it because they are insecure. Fake a@@ girls with fake a@@ lives. Keep it real babe!

They would be in it now if that was the case. They have postponed twice. Most recently because the theta house was priced too high.

Theta decolonized a few years ago as they couldn't meet quota consistently. The house is being used by the Chi Os right now as their old house is being torn down and rebuilt. My guess is that the next sorority that comes along will buy the lot and tear down the old Theta house to build a newer, shinier one. There isn't a lot of space to expand on the Ole Miss campus.

Theta is never ever coming back due to the way they were treated and slandered on campus. Adpi and Aphi quickly surpassed them when they built their new houses across the street. No one deserves to be treated like that. So sad that the campus has to pick on a new bottom house now. Why can't you all just get along?

They'll probably never come back, and who could blame them? Remember, the NPC actually had to send a rep here to say, "Tearing each other down is bad, mmmkay?"

Are there plans for someone to take it? Here at USC greek housing is at a premium. Nothing sits empty because we only have 20 houses and like 50 orgs.
