What has bid day taught there? There is no more top, mid and bottom tiers.

Legacy Tier: DDD, KD, XO
This was formally known as top tier, but given this is 2021 and most of are moms went to college, these houses only pick legacies. They no longer pick the best girls. Sure, some of the girls are top tier worthy, yet others couldn't even get a bid to what was once Theta. I won't comment on money or campus involvement or sisterhood, I'll just say if you're in this tier, you grew up with your life revolving about bidding into one of these houses.

Best girls tiers: DG/KKG, PhiMU
These houses pick the best girls. Generally DG/KKG is first, followed closely behind by PhiMU.

Desirability tiers: PiPHI, APhi, Adpi, Aopi
Ok, so you aren't a legacy tier house and you didn't get into the competitive best girls tiers, not a big deal, I'd say 70% of the girls are left with these 4 houses. Then it just comes to desirability. In the past 90% of the girls would flock to Aphi, but given everyone has a new house now and girls started caring about sisterhood, that's not the case anymore. I'd say PiPhi, then Aphi, then Adpi, then Aopi.
Interesting shake up at the end. Saw a lot of aopi girls that wanted adpi but ended up aopi. I wont' say Aopi is theta, but it's starting to look more and more like it with each rush.
