If you signed you are not eligible for a COB until next fall and once cut always cut is pretty much how it goes. You can transfer.

There’s a chance you might get your 2nd ranked house which also means they wanted you more than your first ranked one! If not, it means your first ranked one really liked you and saw something in you enough to rank you high. If that’s the case be sure to give them a chance because it all plays out that way for a reason. Chin up and enjoy tomorrow!
