Top: DDD, KD, XO (same it's been for 20 years, these don't change easily).
DDD - #1 house since 1990s.
KD - Did better than DDD the past 5 years or so, but dropped the ball last year.
XO - historically has been top house since day one till 1990s. Recently people questions why they are top. Did the best of the three last year.


Upper Mid: DG, KKG, PhiMu (all were mid tier, but now these houses have distanced themselves from what's below).
DG - Probably the best house of the three, but really dropped the ball last year. Won't be a top tier, but I expect them to distance themselves from the other two.
KKG - Most improved the past 5 years or so.
PhiMU - Probably the worst of the three, but did the best the last year.

Mid - PiPhi (not in the upper mid group above, but clearly not APhi).

Lower Mid - APhi (no longer a bottom tier, great new house, hottest girls, rich out of state money. Most wanted house after girls get cut from legacy houses (ddd, kd, xo, dg, kkg, phimu). Cons: high drop rate, poor sisterhood, not liked on campus).

Bottom tier: ADPI, AOPI (ADPi - with a new house and a very good pledge class 2 years ago I expected them to possibly jump a tier, but it seems like they split what would be theta girls with aopi. AoPi - nice girls, always puts on a great rush, but being paint on the wall while every other house is improving is not good. AoPi has had the biggest drop the past 5 years, from a solid mid tier (what piphi is now, to a bottom tier house).


Rankings are what they are, top houses are cements top tier and take decades to change. Bottom houses can change pretty easily in 1-2 years.
