Why is DG’s house mom not a DG?

Why do people pretend to know stuff and post crap like this? That is not true at all. A house mom is a paid employee, the head housekeeper basically, not an advisor. She has absolutely no say-so or effect in running the chapter.

It doesn't matter if the HD was in a sorority or not. What matters is her job performance and that she has a good working relationship with the members, house corp and the other employees.
DG's HD was a DDD who is familiar with the university and sorority life at Ole Miss. That's a bonus.
