I seriously question rankings made by seniors. A freshman who has just recently gone through recruitment will have a much greater feel for which sororities they fit in with better. The bottom line is that nobody should really put much stock in the rankings on this site. Go through rush and see for yourself. Top sororities are top for a reason. They put on the best recruitments and attract the most girls. I am a freshman and made my first impressions after the water parties, they changed slightly after the actual recruitment events started, but my favories were the ones who treated me the nicest during rush and those houses that I felt wanted me. The posts on this site usually accurately reflect the success or failures of recruitment. The top houses simply do a better job. At least that was my opinion. Truth is that there are about 5 or 6 houses that I would have been completely happy in. Tri Delta, KD & XO attract the most girls because hands down the put on the best recruitment events! Doesn't mean they are better or worse after you get in, just means they were the ones girls wanted. I was there, I experienced it, I knwo what I am talking about. Nothing changed after I received my bid. I became even more obsessed with the girls!

Like I said freshman give rankings based on rush. Once you are on the other side next year you will understand that you are basically saying you are ranking on who is the fakest during one week of the year. That is there job it is what makes rush so crazy and exciting. And you also do not know how everyone or "most "girls felt during rush. Just your rush group, handful of friends, and hometown girls that you talked to. And every single one of them did not only like a certain 3. You are generalizing to make it fit what you felt. Like I said that is fine that is what freshmen do. But you will see it for how it really is when you are a senior. You will know who participates on campus, who is nice to everyone,who are catty wenches. You will see on the otherside that every year the so called middle tiers have great rushes and get girls the top tier want. Like I said its all gray and personal and you dont know everything. :)

Rankings aren't just about rush week so freshmen are very limited on their actual knowledge because they are only really with their pledge class and a handful of friends in other sororities. So they are pretty obv. When they post. Older girls know it is much more grey, no black and white.

As a senior, I can also 100% agree to this!
