What is the best “Out of State House”
by: out of stateI am a PNM coming to Ole Miss in the fall and I want to rush. What is the best house i can expect to get as a girl from far out of state with zero greek connections?

All houses take oos girls, but for KD, DDD, and especially ChiO you have to have an Ole Miss connection. You can be from New Jersey, but your Momma went to Ole Miss. Well except for ChiO, for them you have to be from Mississippi and sometimes Memphis if your Momma was a ChiO at Ole Miss.

Phi Mu will consider OOS without connections but you really need to meet a lot of Phi Mus before hand so they can get to know you. Kappa will take OOS but mostly from Texas. Best bet is Pi Phi, Aopi, and Adpi for good sororities for OOS with no connections. Alpha Phi takes the low gpa, no connection/Mississippi legacy rejects.

Ur not an adpi or phi mu, must be a kd or chi o putting down others here. no class and awk legacy jelly of pretty nice girls liked so much on campus

OM is 60 percent OOS so basically saying a house is a good choice for OOS makes that house top tier to most people coming here. No one comes to OM to talk about Prep vs JA and really no one cares where your mama went or what office she had in the house. Times are changing.
