sigma chi?

At least more than half of people I talk to claim sigma chi is the best fraternity, but sometimes they aren't even included in the top tier? And I barely know that many because I think they are on probation this year. What is up with them and what's their history?

Sigma chi may still be the best, obviously they are having a down year but they still got a great pledge class I think. They have always been among the big 3 along with KA EN.
KA is there because they're considered the most "southern", which I've never really understood why its such a big deal, but they do have nice guys.
EN is up there because they have all the Jackson kids, the manning thing, and by far the nicest house.
And EX is there because they have the most fun guys and always have had the most parties and they have the biggest philanthropy.
