why are people saying aphi’s diversity and inclusion team isn’t diverse?? They literally have two girls with brown eyes!!

I feel like aphi is very panamorous already. I mean they will do anything anywhere with anyone so that’s super diverse

The message of all this is, if your organization is not currently diverse, then it never can be, because your diversity efforts will not reflect diversity, so stop trying.

Is the diversity committee going to make a list of “diverse” pnms and then have super uncomfortable and obviously forced conversations with them during recruitment about diversity? Is there a quota the chapter has to meet? Yeah, that’s make them feel so welcome and included based on something other than their skin color 😂 aphi is stupid at a national level
