I find it really hilarious that aphi thinks the only reason they don’t have diversity in their membership is because of they haven’t had a committee for it. There are so many other reasons people don’t want to join aphi. I mean who wants to hear “if it hurts to pee it’s alpha phi” every time they wear their letters?

Diversity is a meaningless buzzword that people say because they’re supposed to (or in the case of Greek life, because national offices are telling chapters they have to talk diversity) - it’s just politically correct lingo.
