Lower Top: KD, DDD, XO
Upper Mid: DDD, PhiMu, KKG
Lower Mid: PiPhi
Upper Bottom: APhi
Bottom: AOPi, ADPi


Old school (80%) meets new school (20%) should be the rankings.

There is no upper top or top any more with rush quotas top tiers only pick legacies and hometown girls. You could be Miss teen USA with a Kardashian follower base and you'd be looked up by top tier.

Upper Mid - seems like every year one of the trio does better than the others, but so far not one house has consistently jumped or fell a tier.

PiPhi - clearly not at the level at the upper mid, but also not at the level as APhi

Aphi - hottest girls, one of the nicer houses, one of the most wanted houses (after legacy cuts, girls flock to APhi), I don't mind their high drop rate since they are mostly far out of state. Everything looks good on paper, but, unless they figure out their sisterhood and start being liked by others they won't jump a tier.

ADPi - had a good rush class a few years ago and went back to old ADPi fashion

AOPi - steadily becoming forgotten
