racism within greek life

what’s it like being a woman of color going through rush? is there discrimination? is there token POC just for appearances? pls be honest and don’t deny it’s existence

As a black woman who rushed, I didn't feel disadvantaged at all. There are black women and women of color in every house and rushing is relatively easy once you get in the swing of it. Recs are absolutely essential though.
