Phi mu house renovation

Now that every other house on sorority row has a new house is phi mu going to make any serious updates or renovations? You would assume they would need to make some necessary updates to keep up with the other houses on the row, but I’ve always heard there’s some restriction from their nationals that keeps them from upgrading.

Let me count the reasons nationals wouldn’t want to sign the check....

1. They spend the money on better chapters like Bama
2. Last couple of recruitments have not been very good-this year is really sad
3. Most of the members talk bad about the chapter every chance they get-overheard one on the square the other day.
4. They haze
5. They had notably the worst exec on campus this last recruitment

I hope they're able to least add/renovate if they can't totally rebuild! Having a nicer house can help bring in better members as shallow as it sounds.

Phi Mu alums working overtime trying to get their national trolls to see these comments and redo the house. So sad the house has no sentimental value to them. A new house isn’t going to fix your recruitment problems.
