Yep, this is how most people would see it. Chi-O is definitely not considered top on campus by anyone other than Chi-O themselves. DDD is still considered slightly higher than DG but that is changing thanks to their huge field of sub par legacies - same thing is killing Chi-O. Phi Mu and Kappa are about the same in rank.

Who keeps putting Chi-O as top tier? There's no way.

DG would be before Kappa

The bottom tier is off also. AOPi is higher than Alpha Phi, more in line with Pi Phi. ADPi is also before Alpha Phi.

Phi Mu is not on the same level as kappa. Phi Mu and AOPi look a lot alike these days. I would say APhi but at least APhis can get dates.
