Post Rush Tiers

I think there is a difference between desirability w PNMs and the actual tiers after rush.
after rush it looks like this
DDD, DG, KD (all very involved, respected, pretty)
XO, PM, KKG (good nationals, inconsistent within PCs)
ADPI, PBP (involved, but not the same name value as others listed above)
AOPi, APhi (inconsistent and not as involved)

Switch XO and DDD and this is spot on. Corrected below (no specific order within each level):

DG isn't on the same level as KD, but getting close. ADPi is a good sorority, but they aren't on the same level as Pi Phi - switch AOPi and ADPi and it would be closer.
