Even though DG stepped outside their box, a recruited a few crazy girls, they are still not top tier! I'm predicting this is the very last year that Chi O is considered top tier and they are only top tier this year because of tradition. Worst pledge classes the past several years. Historically everybody wanted DDD and XO with KD getting their leftovers. Next year with nobody wanting XO, DG might have the ability to step up. We shall see!
