okay so lets be honest. Every sorority is awesome on campus. If we were to rank by involvement, the prettiest, etc. It would be a big matter of opinion.. So I feel like it be better to categorize them In groups rather than tiers...
okay so
KD/CHI-O/ DDD/ DG is the first group. Mainly known for their history on campus and has a lot of involvement on campus. A great group of girls are in each of these houses. Different types of girls in each house so no need to make a generalization.
Phi Mu/KKG/AOPi/Phi Phi- Another four organizations that are good on campus.In second group because they are newer than the first group. Same thing as first, not going to make generalization about any of the girls because they are all different. Not in any order.
Theta/ ADPi- third group of sororities. Theta is a good sorority but they still struggle with people assuming they are a bad sorority... They are a good group of girls but they are automatically written off by a lot of the girls during rush. Adpi is new so they are in the third group.

Adpi is the bottom because they are new. They are considered a part of greek life. They start at bottom. Thats how it goes. They aren't going to skip anyone anytime soon.

with Adpi added, certain sororities move up a tier. DG going to Top. Aopi Going to middle.

Theta is a great sorority with a lot of good girls! So, to the point of "they are automatically written off...", why don't the other sororities, in the spirit of Panhellenic and the entire greek system, do their part to encourage positive comments to be spoken about Theta? There really isn't a need to keep perpetuating the myth of "assuming they are a bad sorority" as they are no threat to the top group on the Ole Miss campus purely based upon the long history and tradition of those groups. Theta has great strength in diversity, sisterhood, and national presence. Accentuate the positives!

Great comment! Theta is a great group of fun, nice, pretty girls! They are no different from any other sorority on campus. Theta got a great pledge class this year! If you need to make stupid, mean comments, you must not be too secure in your upper tier sorority.

did you not see that i made a point that yall were a great group?? The point i was trying to make was that yall were overlooked and underrated.. People still consider a bias view on theta.. not everyone does.. but a good majority do. If you want mean I can give examples of what people say that i strongly disagree with..

They think that since they won Theta Encore they are entitled to being top tier. Puhleaseee.

Girls that go Kappa and Phi Mu: Mostly girls with a top tier or 2 left and KKG/Phi Mu for pref. They normally end up there if they didn't get their first choice. Some are ones with KKG/Phi Mu and a lower house left, that go KKG/Phi Mu. (Also some DG mixed in there I guess).
Girls that go AOPi/Pi Phi: girls whose highest ranking house left is Kappa/Phi Mu (Maybe another DG or 2 and possibly a few top tiers that really fall through the cracks) and don't get their first choice.

Many girls put AOPi above Kappa and Pi Phi above Phi Mu. I know a good amount of girls that were crushed when they didn't get back AOPi or Pi Phi and got back either Phi Mu or Kappa. You're crazy if you think that girls only like top tier houses.

Good try but that is not really how it is. Yes there were prob girls crushed that they didnt get AOPi. But they did not have higher options or they would not have been upset. Not reality.
