Bad sign for rush?

Dont take some of the stuff on this site too seriously. Lots of people don’t meet people until they get to Oxford.

top tier = legacy based mostly. few very strong home town connections
mid tier = they pick their girls. very easy to meet a few girls at rush and they pull hard for you and you end up at a solid mid tier
bottom tier = as long as you make some what an effort and care you're more or less guaranteed here
