Bad sign for rush?

top tier = legacy based mostly. few very strong home town connections
mid tier = they pick their girls. very easy to meet a few girls at rush and they pull hard for you and you end up at a solid mid tier
bottom tier = as long as you make some what an effort and care you're more or less guaranteed here

>why not go follow actives, they will more than likely follow you back. just sitting here and waiting for them to come up to you doesn't work in college. this isn't high school, if you don't put yourself out there you'll easily fade into non existence
