Ladies and GentleLadies, we have our rankings below:
Top:
(1) DDD - yes they are rude and they don't like you. go cry all you want, but they run the school
(2) KD - yes they try hard, yes you want them, no you can't get in.
(3) XO - yes question why they are top tier, no you can't come close to getting in
Upper Mid tier:
(1) Kappa - party fun house, most wanted for out of state gals
(2) Phi Mu - saw an uptick the past year. pretty girls.
(3) DG - nice house, but self promoting "top tier" while your house slides down mid tier rankings won't do it sista
Lower Mid:
(1) Aphi - yes, they look good. yes, they cut you because you aren't hot. nice house. They hate you and they hate each other, but they are on the rise, weather mommies likes it or not
(2) PiPhi - aka replacement of aopi. just being there isn't doing it sista!
Lower:
(1) Adpi - had one good year two years ago, never kept it up. House still filled of mixed bag of girls who "thank God we didn't end up theta"
(2) Aopi - let's give em one more year before we call them theta, ok?

but also,, you might be a mommy, considering the use of “gals”, “uptick”, and “sista”. not to mention the talking abt theta, which literally never gets mentioned anymore.

If adpi and aopi aren't bottom who is lmao. All houses have their own pros and cons but adpi and aopi are known for taking the leftovers and being the easiest to get into

(1) if adpi/aopi isn't bottom tier, who is?
(2) Aphi is too high? They are only higher than piphi, adpi and aopi. As someone else said adpi/aopi just gets left overs. Actually piphi isn't desirable at all. I know noone (it's the only house I don't know anyone) that actually wanted piphi. I agree piphi isn't bottom tier, but their desirability is non existent.
(3) DG is where they belong. Certainly not top tier. They are in the phimu/kappa debate, so I wouldn't be opposed to the order you put them in, but from my class very few people wanted dg. I'm sure there are a few years where very few wanted phimu or kappa too

DDD is always top. Doesn't matter what crops this year yield. The farm is top notch, if it's a bad harvest, then everyone else is worse.
DDD:
(1) if you grew up in the state or are any legacy, you know DDD is the top of the top. just like everyone here knows Bama is the top of the top. Doesn't matter if they win the championship or not, they are always one of the best.
(2) more leadership position than any other house. In fact, it's not even close
(3) had one of the nicest house already, but will have the nicest house after it gets done
(4) one of the highest gpas
(5) sure they have some uglies (everyone does) but they had more top 15 girls in the parade of beauties than any other house
(6) most student athletes
(7) most money
