Don't worry about being able to make up your mind. You have very very little say in where you get invitations or a bid. Just accept the invitations that you receive and do whatever you can to enjoy the process. This year is going to be totally bizarre. Be happy wherever you land.

just bc girls are reaching out, doesn’t mean they want you. they’re just interested. you might look really good on paper, but meeting in person is something completely different. if you come into rush w this attitude, you are definitely going to get cut. all the pnms just need to accept that rush is going to look a lot different this year, and that might just be some people’s downfall.

anyway, deflate that big head of yours. while some actives are reaching out and campaigning to their chapters for you, others are saying “i just don’t think she’s a good fit” or badmouthing you. you just don’t get to see that side, though.

to the OP, are you aware of the changes in contact before and during recruitment that were implemented this year due to CV19? OF COURSE you are being contacted on line by tons of actives. That is their literal J-O-B!

I am a legacy to two top houses and well known so I do think I will be the one choosing. There are lots of girls that say all the time that they “had their choice” of houses. I don’t know why it got people offended that there are PNMs that are going to be the ones cutting houses and not the other way around.

Let me get this straight- you want to know if panhellenic will make an exception for you because you are sooooo popular that you just won't be able to make up your mind even though you are a legacy for top tier houses?

Honey, bless your heart. You came on here to flex on the other PNM's who look at this site and you know it. Don't argue with actives, and especially do not try correct them on things that you have no clue about. Even if you are in the .5% of PNM's who get a perfect recruitment and get to choose, your self-righteous and entitled attitude won't get you very far. Additionally, we can pick up on context clues- You're a legacy to two top tiers? You just made it even easier to identify who you are.

Go check out the instas of almost every PNM and you'll see members from lots of houses, including tops, commenting on every.single.girl. If you think you are that special, find a way to stand out so every active knows that you are the snowflake you claim to be. Since you seem unable to keep your mind open, at least keep your mouth shut.

hi honeyyy!! the only day that is definitely online is greek day. the following round is philanthropy (which cph is expecting to be in-person), where you get to go to 8 houses. since you know that you’ve got the top 6 in your pocket, you should have nothing to worry abt!!

rush is different for everyone - some girls have to worry abt which houses will cut them, while others have to worry abt which houses they want to cut. you never know until you get there, so it’s not a good look to act super confident before rush starts. i understand where you’re coming from, though! hope everything works out for you!

Seriously, PNMs like you are the ones who go into rush so full of confidence about their chances and end up in a lower tier sorority. It happens every year. You will be cut after the first round by the very sororities that are following you and commenting on your insta. You'll get a reality check when you find out who doesn't want you after first round. I would bet money on that!
