Reasoning:

XO and KD (GPA, a little straight laced, great sisterhood)

KKG and PM (every frat would tell you they are two sides of the same coin-kappa more outgoing and phi mu more chill.

DDD and DG (they recruit the exact same type of girl except DG is the country cousin of DDD. DG is better looking but nationally DDD has a better standing.

PiPhi and APhi (prefaced by lots of out of state girls. APhi might have more looks girls and less stress on gpa but both houses have a mix and do a lot of house activities)

ADPi and AOPi (similar girls ADPi has a little bit of an edge on AOPi as far as campus rep goes but both are really good sisterhoods)

KD/DDD (Although DDD is on the verge of moving down)
DG/Chi-O (Chi-O stays in a bubble - doesn't help them)
Phi-Mu/KKG - (could switch these back and forth)
Pi Phi/AOPi (Both good OOS houses - cute girls - smarter)
ADPi/APhi - (Both good houses - cute girls - low GPAs)

DG is not similar to nor on the level of Chi O
AOII is not a live ADPi or APhi

DDD is not close to the level of KD. Actually, no one is. But DDD is definitely middle tier.

After reading all these ranking, I would guess the biggest trolls are Chi-O, Kappa, and APhi, might throw a little DG in there also. It's a waste of time. 5 minutes on campus you know what the real ranks are, and how little energy is spent worrying about it.
