I know sororities and fraternities have on and off years, what fraternities and sororities have been steadily increasing in the ranks, and which ones are falling in ranks?

BYX isn't a fraternity they are off-campus and barely anyone acknowledges their existence

alpha phi is going up, pi phi is going down
