KA, Phi Delt, Sigma Nu.

Kappa Sig, Sigma Chi.... Distant....

Sigma Nu, top tier fraternity but bid to many wierd kids..(part of the reason they got on probation) fun parties.
Phi delt- Top tier fraternity, fun people,good brotherhood No house parties though just unofficial stuff
KA- Top tier fraternity/social club. No real brotherhood, pledges are basically actives right off the bat like sorrorities, still good guys, they have a good time to
Sigma Chi- Top tier fraternity- had a smaller pledge class this year but still good guys,Theyl be back to normal fun parties, They need a new house asap good brotherhood
Kappa Sig, bad year for them, in trouble for hazing which cleaned house on actives for them and They were on the verge of top tier till that happened

Thats honestly the only fraternities you will have fun in

Look, alot of these comments are nonsense. KA, Sigma Alpha Mu, Pike, ZBT, and Delt are really the only fraternities that are relevant in a social sense (good swaps, well attended parties, etc).
Kappa Sig would be up there, but not enough BMW's per capita.
SAE seems to think they are the bomb, but they are too stuck on Texas, Tennessee and Atlanta guys.
Pikes are just too hyped on being pikes and you know how painful that is.

The rest I wouldn't bother with. Except for some of them.
