ranks are based on a few small towns

Seriously, the ranks are all based on what a handful of "top girls" from major MS cities choose. Same thing happens at UT, AL, GA, LSU and all teh SEC schools. Whatever the locals prefer is the top house. At UM, it is and always will be XO, KD, DDD in that order. They get the prime rushees from Jackson/Delta and other MS areas. If what I hear is true KD got 9 from JP, 7 JA and many more Jxn/Delta. Chi got 13 JP, 9 JA, 3 or more from SA. Tri Delt got 4 Prep, 4 JA, don't know the rest. But the reality is some of the best and brightest are unknown or from out of state and they go all 9 sororities. EVERY house has really good ones and a few fools. #honestly

you are forgetting that we go to the University of MISSISSIPPI so naturally the top houses take girls from MISSISSIPPI
