No I'm saying neither house thought to help her out because neither house had a clue who she was. Kappa's probably assumed she was a tri delt and tri delts probably assumed she was kappa. Also, she is making out with a boy while she is covered in blood...not really sure anyone would know how to handle the situation. Notice that there is no one sitting next to them in the picture so there were not many people their to help her. The person that is really at fault is the one who took the picture, but that has absolutely nothing to do with a sorority as a whole.

Not having one person in either of the two chapters help someone they don't know that well who is hurt does not make you look any better.

I'm pretty sure there are classy ways to handle this: 1) help her up and make sure she is okay; 2) if the guy helped her and they are making out make sure she is okay anyway; 3) make sure people do not take pictures of this mess (not saying you did but obviously someone associated with this event did)

Heres the deal.. she was loaded, sororities knew which one she was in because of the color of her wrist band. There was no question about it. Yes girls helped her when she waxed it on the way to the bus. She yhen proceeded to make out once she was on the bus which was her own deal not the responsibility of any other college girl to say "hey dont make out". Then a boy took the picture and posted it without the knowledge of anyone. And the boyfrirnd should said lets hold off yil we get you cleaned up. Shame on the girl for getting sloppy drunk but thats where the blame stops.
