i had a kappa tell me that they were top tier and not to be confused? they said that top tier at ole miss was kappa kd and ddd but then another kappa told my friend that top was xo kappa kd, but then after she said that her friend told her that kappa wasn't really top tier and they were butthurt or something... weird.

agree with this! but i wouldn't say that texas/georgia girls don't get into xo/kd/ddd/dg because they're Out Of State. the top four are just incredibly selective when it comes to OOS so girls in xo/kd/ddd/dg that are from texas and georgia are the creme de la creme. also girls from texas/georgia don't seek out kappa, top tier picks the tip-top texas/georgia girls and then kappa is the next best pick and gets most OOS. and the most out of state girls that go to ole miss are from either texas/georgia.

Kappa is a solid middle tier! They get all the great Texas and Georgia girls that the top tiers pass over because they are not from Mississippi or Tennessee. Strong party reputation! Guys love them because they are pretty and like to drink too much. Would be top tier anywhere else. Great house!!! Just not at ole miss. Very respectable mid tier and a sought after house by top Texas and Georgia girls.

Sounds like girls are trying to tear down Kappa. Kappa is one of the three strongest sororities nationally. Kappa is more than respectable. Girls tearing down Kappa only make Ole Miss Sorority life look Bad

Yes you are talking negatively about Kappa. Some one says something nice about Any sorority and the vultures come out. I know lots of "top tier" girls who are kappas that I respect alot more than some not so classy girls in my own "top tier" sorority. Every sorority has plenty of both. My Hope is that PNMs will put more value in statements like mine that is honest about my own sorority as well as my good friends. People like the above posters should hold no value with pnms because they are obviously don't have many friends in any other sororities or they would never speak so poorly about friends. Not the sisters I want. Be nice this week is stressful enough.

LOL Honestly Kappa is a good sorority! They are just not the top on THIS campus because Ole Miss has such strong top tier sororities.
