Is a senior superlative from highschool something you could put down as an award you won on your sorority resume for recruitment? Because I won best personality and I feel like it would be something interesting the sororities might want to know.

I've seen superlatives on a lot of resumes and even rec writers mention them, but they aren't like emphasized as some major accomplishment and usually not put under the category of awards. They're usually just listed as a misc. thing or in an "additional info" section and they fall near or at the bottom of the list. I'm not downplaying them because it's always a compliment to be voted something by your peers, but they aren't in the same light as say being a class or club officer, on a team, on a committee etc. where you actually do something like raise money or help organize something. For those reasons, it's not something I'd try to talk about during recruitment either. Besides, if your personality is good and strong enough to get voted "best," it should stand on its own during recruitment and be an asset. Good luck to you!
