This is accurate of how it was 10 years ago- Aphi was not there, and Theta was. Not much has changed.

DDD is not top no matter how many times you say it. They have imploded over the last few years. They had much better pledge classes when their alums chose the pledges. Like or not, alums have a lot of say in the top houses, and their wisdom shows in the quality of the classes. DDD has pretty much excluded alums from having a say the last 5 years.

aoii is considered low because they take wonderful, well rounded girls from all over the country and pick girls more based on personality and involvement than looks and legacy

DG is not better than kappa. They’re literally on PROBATION and will be until mid semester of next year. I think they’re a great house but they’re definitely not the best this year and certainly not above kappa
