this is a garbage. obviously made by a beta if they put themselves on the same tier as sigma chi (and over pike, sig ep, and sigma pi)

Beta is for sure a middle tier fraternity now. However pike/Sae should be ranked ahead of them for now. Sig Ep and phi psi arent doing much to improve their status like beta has.
