We can all agree ADPi would be number 10. They are recolonizing after closing for not having enough members. They are not involved in formal rush and will not have a house built for 2 or 3 years.

Kappa and DG will NEVER be top tier..... DDD and XO have always been top tier and will always be top tier along with KD

Me thinks Wow doth protest too much as well. LOLOL's "opinion" was right on the money!!!

DDD and XO along with KD will always be top tier! DDD richest, XO smartest, KD prettiest.
Kappa and DG are great sororities, don't get me wrong, but upper middle is where they belong.

I know a lot of girls that picked "bottom" houses before "top" houses. Mainly, because they liked the house better. SO they didn't "settle" for a "bottom" house. They picked in their opinion their top choice.
