new fraternity

Is delta tau delta going to take anyone that is interested in being a party of that fraternity next fall during rush? How does it work when a new fraternity gets on campus?

They reach out to other alumni, potential already actives, etc. and they kinda keep a colony until they have enough people to build an actual house. For now they’ll just be like DKE until they get their house
