true sorority rank and tier system

Tiers don’t exist, they’re self-made by the girls in the sororities. There’s only 10 houses, how can their even be a tier system. All houses at ole miss are amazing and would be a top house anywhere else. Unfortunately it’s competitive so tiers are made to persuade girls to choose them. The only semi ranking is the locations.

Sorority row has the top houses:
-Phi Mu, DG, Kappa, KD, and DDD

Rebel drive has the “lower” which are rly good houses they just get good girls that don’t have connections or from far away
-chi o, alpha phi, pi phi, Adpi, aoii

-Chi o is considering top but the location fits since they’re kinda secluded. No one has a problem w them they’re just not talked ab / in their own bubble which isn’t bad. They’re smart and trendy and generally nice, gets locals or legacy’s
-Alpha phi is newer so they’re bottom but they’re doing great and having been getting better Each year!
-Pi Phi actually has rly good girls, they just don’t give af about sororities which is cool and is just their thing. Could be considered higher if they tried, but I like that they don’t
-Adpi is considered lowest for some reason, but they have girls that slip through the cracks or are out of state. They have some rly cool and awesome girls though so they’re rep should def be better
-Aoii are my bitties. Super dope and chill girls. Don’t rly care and are very cool also don’t try hard

Phi Mu, kappa, KD dg and ddd are all very good houses. The reason there aren’t tiers here is Bc it changes every year depending on pledge class or just views around campus. DDD used to be considered top tier and is now considered middle but will most likely change again. Kappa and Phi Mu are both rly desired houses no doubt. Kappas are spirited ab their chapter and love to party, Phi mus are known for being beautiful and sweet as well as real and genuine. What makes these 2 stand out is girls will choose them over “top tiers” emphazing it’s non existence. KD has also been known the be the “best” by thats jsut rep. I know a lot of them and love them no hate, but they have no say in their pledge class so where does this rep come from if alumns choose them. Still present themselves well and are a rly great chapter!! DG is the main sorority that self-tiers themselves. No one says DG is top tier except for DGs. I’m not bashing, I have a lot of friends in dg, just explaining the tier myth. These girls have a mix of smart driven girls and typical sorority girls but they all love their chapter and are proud to be there.

Pan love! Every single house is amazing. Stop the competitiveness and let girls find the houses they belong in Bc that is what will make their college experience the best and will make the happiest
