now there is no specific "top house" and there never will be. However with that being said, the top five houses are as follows. Sigma Nu, Sigma Chi, ATO, Kappa Sigma, KA.
Middle Tier
Phi Delt, Sigma Pi, Pi Kappa Alpha, Phi Si
and who cares about the rest

Jesus man. Come on. Kappa Sig and ATO in the top but Pike and Phi Delt in the middle? Lmao. Kappa Sig lost half their fraternity and just got free from being under suspension. They’re having to take like 120 kids every year now. Not top tier. ATO just got out from under investiagation too and their parties are meh. Swap ATO and Kappa Sig with Pike and Phi delt

kappa sig is not top. ato i'd put in bottom of top tier. top of top tier is obvious ka, snu and ex.
pike? comeon. only freshman girls in bottom tier houses think pike is top tier. don't spread false info on this site. pike is middle of the road (at best) and that's being nice

It seems like every thread on here turns into a pike argument. The sad thing is I don’t even think they really get on here it’s just their groupies and the kids who got cut or beaten up by them that come on here and fight all the time. Their parties are probably the best on campus but their sorority relations are eh.
