these pledge classes this year are going to be bigger than last years.

Someone said quota is 140. Seems high to me. Is that normal?

That is higher than last year but there is one less sorority too.

Quota is not determined until pref round is complete and everyone has signed her card. We are down a house this year so New Member Classes will be larger across the board. When there is not variable quota: the number of PNM's signing cards divided by number of sororities = Quota. Whether Variable or not, if you rank both houses you are guaranteed a bid even when it puts a house over Quota by what is called Quota Plus.
