rush list for sororities

So do the top houses already know who they want? And do they even consider people who aren’t on a “list”?

That is correct. It doesn’t matter if they meet you and love you. They already have who they want

Every house is different but they do compile lists suited to their criteria. They have to have a system with so many girls coming through recruitment.

What PNMs need to realize is that EVERY sorority has girls that they want. But for the more MS based sororities (kd, ddd, xo), they have there girls already picked out so regardless of if they meet you and absolutely love you and want you, you’re cut. Their alumni picks who is in those sororities, not their actives. All of the other sororities do have girls they want, but it is also very important to pick girls that they actual like and they base who they pick off of the actual girl, not whether she was a legacy or who she knows.

This is why those houses don’t stay after their rounds, they dint get to pick in the long run

I wonder which “top” house will get the girls that they ALL want. You know there are always girls wanted by every house. In that case, the PNM is actually in the driver’s seat and gets to choose.

Not that it really matters, because many of those girls already peaked in high school when they won homecoming queen at their Mississippi high school - (they usually never amount to much after HS except their goal of finding someone that is husband material). However, for recruitment, it matters at Ole Miss.... so, which house gets the most “top PNMs”?

Sorry, don't include DG with DDD and KD! DG does not even go after same girls that DDD and KD fight for.

All houses have PNM they want.
Top houses had their PC picked by the end of last semester.

There is always some MS Moms having a melt down in the Grove when their princesses don’t get those expected sororities. Happens every year! Just wait and watch.

Just for the record OOS legacies mean nothing to KD. If you aren't an Ole Miss KD legacy they won't even bother looking at you. So OOS KD legacies don't get your hopes set on KD, keep an open mind and enjoy meeting the different sororities.
