KD will still do awesome as usual even without a house. DDD has no shot at being top (they haven’t been near the top in recent history, and that probably won’t change given their recent trajectory).

Whenever there is a thread like this with negative comments, about one sorority (in this case, DDD), it is clear that someone feels threatened by them. If they were such a non-factor, like claimed in these comments, there would really be no reason to even bring them up. The person writing the comments sounds like someone who got cut by DDD, and now wants to make it seem like “they really weren’t that good, anyway”. If that’s the case, why would you even care about them?

Look Mom, you're giving yourself away with the "I cut them". No one gets to 'cut' a sorority, the sororities do the choosing. Maybe you were able to cut back in the 90's but it's not that way now.
