False rumor as a tactic to make them seem so, so, so exclusive. No numbers are set until recruitment begins and quota is never set until after pref. But I guess even though it's all lies at least people are talking about you, right girls?

If they continue the variable quota Chi-O will have a smaller recruitment quota, however Kappa will need a larger quota number than DDD, KD, DG and Phi Mu. However the recruitment quotas can't be determined until the PNM numbers are assessed, and the returning numbers of actives are determined. So as usual this post is just trolls being trolls.
