by: partygirlIf i have a reputation for being a party girl, will that hurt or help my chances during recruitment? I'm being told by various alum to clean up my social media, but keep seeing PNM's here in Oxford getting drunk every night.

Play it safe and listen to the alumnae. Sorority members aren't the only ones who check out your social media. There will be advisers and the alums writing your recs looking at it, too. I know one PNM who can't get any alumnae to do recs because of what's on her Facebook. She comes across as a standards risk and none of them want to endorse her to wear their letters. Some might have even sent in "no recs" on her, which is where they give the sorority a heads up that a PNM might be a problem and that they don't advise she be considered for membership. Yep, it happens.
As for the PNMs you see getting drunk every night, their recruitments might already be dead in the water.
