sororities

I'm from IL and I have no legacies. I have a ton of letters of rec though. Is there a chance of me getting into DDD, KKG, Phi Mu or Pi Phi??

that's an odd mixture of sororities you'd be wanting to get into. BUT you most likely won't get into DDD unless you know somebody REALLY well who is pulling for you. rec letter don't matter nobody looks at them they just check to make sure you have one so make sure you have one from EVERY sorority. you'll get into kkg, and phi mu if you have decent grades and were involved in high school. you'll get into pi phi if you're breathing. honestly being a legacy now-a-days hurts you more than helps you because each sorority can only take a certain amount of legacies and a sororities you're a legacy of will keep you around for courtesy and then cut you.
