kappa vs dg vs phi mu

I'd go with kappa just because I feel they're more interesting. While all three take oos girls, I just feel like kappas have more fun. Phi mu is kind of boring, just seems like blonde pageant girls with not a whole lot of personality. (And idk, I don't really remember them for anything). DG I just don't care for because they're so obsessed with their image. While they are one of the better sororitys on campus, I think they pick a lot of their PC based only off of things like who's a cheerleader etc. I'd rather be in a sorority that's confident in themselves rather than one who's trying to constantly prove something to people who don't care. Kappas seem more carefree, fun, and happy with themselves

I'd go phi mu. They seem to be a chapter that recruits girls with a strong foundation. In addition phi mu is competitive but they don't put other chapters down and aren't always competing to be the best. Seems like a chapter that has always promoted Greek life in a positive light.

In my opinion and based on tent talk going through rush last year, all 3 of these houses are top tier for OOS girls. I would have a hard time choosing between Kappa and Phi Mu if I had both on pref. Kappa is fun and interesting but Phi Mu is sweet and strong sisterhood. I didn't care for DG because they're so obsessed with their image and they're middle tier just like kappa and phi mu who don't care about climbing the ranks. I don't think Kappa and Phi Mu are in competition because they both attract a different type of top oos pnm's. Kappa has a lot of smart girls and party girls and Phi Mu has a lot of future trophy wives and pageant girls, one type isn't better than other it depends completely on your personal preference. I love that these 2 houses are both middle and don't compete, I think they really show pan love. DG on the other hand really turns me off because they can't accept that their middle too and try exhaustively to put themselves in their own tier. They are a GREAT chapter and SUPER STRONG, don't get me wrong, but they have a reputation on campus to be really extra. This wouldn't be a negative thing but they diss all the other houses in order to make themselves look better. It's great to be competitive but there are much more important aspects of being in a sorority than simply social climbing.

You would only go kappa or phi mu if dg cut you....

If these were my choices and honestly I would be thrilled if they were because they are amazing sororities, I would pick DG because I know a few girls in the chapter from my hometown and camps and I really like them. I think my personality fits there. I would pick Phi Mu second and probably absolutely love it there even though I don't know any actives and Kappa third, just because I don't think I mesh with the party girl vibe of the Kappas I know. They are really fun and sweet girls but it's a little too much for me personally.

Once you see the Dg house you will probably want to be a dg. House is unbelievable

I'm from OOS and I wanted Kappa from the beginning. I fit in there better than anywhere else. Believe it or not people not everyone wants DG.

All 3 are great houses and are completely different from each other.

Kappa is largely a Texas sorority and is full of blondes that party a lot.

Phi mu is southern beauty queens and love pink.

Pi Phi is also a big sorority for Texas girls but has a great mix of girls from everywhere and lots of different personalities

based off of the people I'm friends with in each... Phi Mu, Kappa, DG; but I believe all of them are great sororities people would be lucky to be apart of, as well as all of the others on campus!!!
