My friend is an Adpi at Missouri state and their house has no big white Columns lol

What are you even talking about?
As other posters said, white columns is a southern thing. You'll find them on sorority houses all over the south. Google image, for example, search Delta gamma house or tri delt house or adpi house and you'll see plenty with columns and plenty without. The huge houses ones with columns are all over the big southern universities.
