KKG is higher than Pi Phi and Pi Phi is higher than Aopi... its common knowledge. You can't even really compar Pi phi to Aopi anymore

I think Pi Phi is moving ahead of Kappa. I also think Pi Phi and AOPi are similar in comparison. The one thing that is separating Pi Phi and AOPi from the others is (accidentally or on purpose - not sure) they are mainly recruiting strong OOS students. Most of the others are still fighting for the Mississippi/Memphis students the top tiers are cutting. Plus Pi Phi and AOPi don't seem to be obsessed with tiers and seem to be content with their sisterhood.

AOPi is more active on campus: they raised the most money for rebellion and did a joint fundraiser with alpha phi alpha.

If you're really so shallow as to believe that ADPis house is what makes them a good sorority it's amazing that any house would want you in theirs

ADPi is struggling to increase their membership and they have one of the lowest retention rates of all the Sororities. They had a weak recruitment Fall of 2016, even with the variable quota stacked in their favor, and they are one of the three Sororities with GPAs under 3.00. I tend to not think one sorority is better than the other, but if you were looking for reasons this might give you something to work on.

this is applicable to adpi last year, but not for this past recruitment. their dues went up astronomically last summer, which forced a huge number of girls drop and caused the retention rate to suffer. as for this most recent pledge class, the retention rate is much better-- not totally on par with more established chapters, but better than it was. they got about 170 girls and they've kept a good amount of them. sit down before you speak about things you don't know about.

I don't know if I would be telling anyone to sit down. ADPi had over 170 bids extended (thanks to variable quota) at the end of recruitment but only showed a new increase of 3 by the end of the Fall Semester 2016 (comparing the total membership from the Spring 2016). If comparing the Fall 2015 membership totals to the Fall 2016 membership totals there was only a net increase of 15. So either a lot of people graduated and/or a lot of people dropped out. If dues are the cause of the massive dropping out than surely Nationals would review the fees.

You're in College now Sweetheart, cheer leading isn't the only thing that makes you relevant. How many ADPis make the Chancellor or Dean's list? How many are in involved in Student Government organizations? How many are involved in Honor Societies? How many are involved in Community Service? How many are involved in other student lead organizations? Instead of bashing on AOPi (or any other Sorority) maybe you need to work on your own first. The sororities that are relevant are the ones who are looking for ways to improve themselves and their members and that isn't done by bashing others.

cheerleaders? they are irrelevant after high school

just like nfl cheerleaders. you do know they get paid $250 per game. and are only paid for games. so they basically make 5-10K a year.

college cheerleaders take up way too much time, very little scholarship, and it's a dead end road, even if you are the best cheerleader in the world, congrads, you'll be an NFL cheerleader and spend 5 months making 10K.

long story short, the cheerleaders are cheerleaders because they want to be, not because it's something prestigious and they beat out a lot of girls for it. being a cheerleader is not the same as being a basketball/football player.

Come on you know ADPi is crazy obsessed with their cheerleaders. Watching their recruitment video you would think that their whole sorority is nothing but cheerleaders but there's like how many, 3?

pretty much all of the sororities here have girls on chancellor's/dean's list. most chapters have at least one or two asb senators. and EVERY sorority has girls who are involved in tons of stuff on campus. so take ur little aopi ass and maybe make yourselves better, since you have a lot to say about other chapters
