rec photos

Is it ok if we use our senior drape photo for one of our rec photos? And when sending pics to people writing us recs should we send different photos to the different sororities? I personally think some of the photos I've seen used look so extra with hair blowing on some stairwell or in some pasture...

It's technically fine, but it doesn't look like you are trying very hard, or maybe you can't afford a photographer. You can just take a few photos on your phone and get them printed out if that's the issue

Just don't get one holding up a fish you caught, or laying down with the dogs and cats. Keep it simple and tasteful and it should be fine. You would be surprised to what i have seen.

this is dumb. nobody cares about your pics. drape, expensive photos, iphone photos, dog pics, flowers pics. whatever. if you know people in the houses youll be fine. MAKE CONNECTIONS

I'm thinking that #7 'Ok' used a tacky photo in a field of wheat, wearing a flower crown in her senior drape pouting at her dog.

Don't listen to her - connections are important but photos make a big impression too. They don't' have to be professional just use good taste.
