rec letters?
by: CSwipeOn the website it states that letters of recommendation are helpful but not required. Are they actually optional, or they are basically required to get a bid into a fraternity.

Most of the sororities require a text least one letter of recommendation. You can go to family friends and see if any of them are Greek. Personal recs often come off better. The Panhellenic website also has a list of Panhellenic alumni associations that you can contact for recs as well. I hope this is helpful
