Top Tier: Sigma Nu/Sigma Chi/KA
Lower Top Tier: Phi Delt/Kappa Sig
Upper Middle Tier: ATO/SAE/Pike
Middle Tier: Phi Psi/Sig Ep
Low Tier: Delta Psi
Lower Tier: Beta
Lowest Tier: Sigma Pi
GDI's: Phi Tau

and for sororities it's much more simple:
XO/KD/DDD
DG/Phi Mu/KKG
Pi Phi/AOPi
Theta

put ATO in the same tier as KE and PhiDelt but other than that this looks great and the sororities are in the correct spot

1. There are only 3 Tiers.
2. KE should be Middle tier with SAE and Pike. KE's parties are worse than Phi Psi's..
