whats the lowest gpa sororitys will take?

A high school GPA of 3.0 is usually the standard lowest, although several sororities here have higher GPA requirements- like a 3.3 or so. Of course there are always a few exceptions- a PNM with a 2.8 or 2.9 will sometimes get into a house, but these days its a huge risk to take girls with below a 3.0 with our nationals expecting our scholastic averages to be competitive. So unfortunately sometimes we just cant take chances on grade risk girls, no matter how much we really like them! Especially now with the variable quota system, grades are one of the easiest things to help houses make decisions when the cuts have to be done so early.

If you have to ask this, you will fail out of college if you join a sorority, focus on your studies
