tiers honest opinion
by: PNMDo guys judge you by what sorority you're in? If you're in a lower tier sorority with top tier fraternity guys think your not as good as the top tier girls? Is your sorority your label here?? Like will Mississippi boys think that girls who aren't not in the "top 3" aren't people they would date? I am honestly wondering just because so many people get into relationships in college. It's not going to affect my decisions but I just want people's out look on it!!

Hey give this girl a break. She just asked a question trying to get a feel about the inter workings of sorority and fraternity life and relationships.
Any information, no matter how insignificant or petty to one can alleviate stress from another.
Obviously choosing a college should not be based solely on social situations; however, where you fit or where you feel like you fit is important to some.

Obviously there is not a single answer to this question and really all you'll get is opinions. This is definitely not the place to be asking if you want valid, unbiased opinions. Mostly all you're going to get here is members anonymously bashing any groups but their own.
But sometimes it helps to get an idea of what's going on even if the idea is "Hey, don't go to GR for information because they have none!!!!!"

Basically the top Fraternities are Mississippi Fraternities and they want to date the top Sororities which are Mississippi Sororities. It's where they come to find their spouse, it's kind of like their version of Match.com. It's been going on for generations, a few more generations and they will be their own first cousin. The plan is they will marry someone from Mississippi, have babies and spend their entire life in Mississippi. If you aren't from Mississippi it's best to avoid them.

The problem is there is no answer to this stupid question. It's like all the tier crap that gets discussed. There is no right answer. There are good guys in every fraternity and there are guys from every fraternity that date girls from all sororities.
